★ We love our neighborhood and respect them as well, so its very important that music systems are not allowed at the property. They have smart tv and you can play music from them, if you need any request of services request to Host, they will provide and guide you in any way to have a unique experience. Any external services are prohibited. There is a fine of $900 per day if any terms or house rules agreement are breached. We have a very strict smoking policy, please refrain from smoking inside our property.

I must say that I was thoroughly impressed with the place. The condo was relatively close to everything and the view was incredible! The host was very responsive and made sure that I had everything I needed to be comfortable. For the price you cannot beat the value that you get from this place! it was also very clean as well. I will definitely be using his services again upon my return…and the beach was literally steps away!

Perfect condo to stay at if you are wanting to see everything Puerto Rico has to offer. We rented a car and explored the island during the day and at night we enjoyed being within walking distance to dinner and a karaoke bar for some good beer and laughs.
