Stylish 4BR | Near La Placita & Condado Beach

This stay was perfect!! Considering there is a water crisis in PR this team was ready to help us out in our time of need and for that I appreciate them!

Nuestra estancia fue excelente. El apartamento era exactamente lo que buscábamos: moderno, muy limpio, cómodo y en una ubicación perfecta. Nos sentimos seguros en todo momento y nos encantó poder caminar tanto a La Placita como a Condado. Viajábamos en familia y el espacio tenía todo lo que necesitábamos. Las camas eran cómodas, la propiedad estaba muy bien equipada y todo se veía cuidado y limpio. La comunicación con el anfitrión también fue excelente. Sin duda volveríamos a hospedarnos aquí y lo recomendamos a cualquier familia que quiera disfrutar de San Juan en una ubicación céntrica, segura y agradable.

The home was clean and in a quiet neighborhood close to all the action. There are plenty of stores and food options nearby and the beach is within walking distance. Hosts were responsive and friendly. Will be staying again in the future!

The apartment was absolutely beautiful, everything was well kept and thoughtfully put together. We felt extremely safe the entire time, and the staff was very friendly and helpful throughout our stay. Overall, it was an amazing experience, and we would definitely stay here again. The apartment was located in prime area. Walking distance to both La placita and condado so that was very convenient. The apartment itself was also very spacious and fit my entire group. Getting inside was super easy and our host was always very responsive. No complaints for our stay would definitely consider staying again

There was 3 forks, nearest laundry mat was 20 min drive the laundry machine was broken, they didn’t mention it’s on the second floor, there was nothing in the kitchen not even salt and pepper. They didn’t mention finding parking would be so difficult, got a 250$ ticket and had to pay to park some nights 4 blocks down from the Airbnb. The place was spacious but there wasn’t anywhere to put your clothes in the rooms. Great area. Close to the party and the beach.

The apartment was perfect. It was spacious, clean, and plenty of sunlight. La Placita was only a few blocks away and Aire Libre restaurant around the block. Everything in the apartment was as advertised and I hope to return!

One of the best air bnb i’ve been too!!

Place was okay. Easy to get in. Horrible parking situation. Hosts says, “safe neighborhood” it doesn’t feel or look safe. Pictures of the neighborhood in the listing would be helpful so people know what to expect. Very noisy at night time. We had 1 complication with the toilet within the first hour of checking in. C knew, I let him know. He said someone was going to fix it. I’m sure nobody came to fix it. Overall okay.

Great location! The security of the facility is great; we felt safe. Pictures were just as described. Loved that we were right next to the nightlife area and had a selection of restaurants. Parking can be a bit difficult to find at times. But all in all, we loved our time here and would definitely recommend it and stay there again.

Spacious area with great location.

The place was clean and spacious with a great location, only 5 minute walk from La Placita.

Second time staying here and we still love it. Walking distance to markets, restaurants, the beach, etc. inexpensive for the amount of people who are able to stay. Will book again

House was nice and spacious for my group. The cleanliness was okay for the most part. The shower head in the smaller bathroom needs to be replaced. However the tv was a nice addition & all of the beds were nice. Only con is that we randomly got a knock on the door from a “worker” after we got back from the beach. He accused us of bringing extra guest in (we were a total of 6) and that we brought more suitcases in. He said he seen it on the camera.. we literally had the same six individuals the entire time. Only bags we had were our beach bags. That seemed a little accusatory and kind of threw us off. Like are we not allowed to change? Also he could’ve easily seen it was the same faces. Anyway outside of that it was a great location. About a 2 min walk to all the bars and La Placita. We also walked 10-14. Mins to beach. Good central location for Ubers. Just please don’t accuse people of any wrong doing when they haven’t

The condo is walking distance to the Placita with plenty street parking. Beds were comfortable, 3 bedrooms share one bathroom as the second one is in the service room by the kitchen. Kitchen had basic utensils/cups/plates etc. The dishwasher and washer were out of service during our stay and we found some broken furniture when arrived, other than that this condo is good for a short stay and for its location. Hosts are friendly and responsive!

Absolutely love the location! An it had 4 bedrooms which I absolutely love each of my friends got there own room! I enjoyed my birthday to the fullest here! Literally 5 min walk to different restaurants an bars (La Placita)!! Don’t Hesitate Book now!!!

Convenient location close to la placita plaza and other areas. although the place was not cleaned properly. the bathrooms smelt like urine and the floors were sticky was absolutely disgusting also found dry blood on the sheets on one of the bedrooms.C was a very bad host and not helpful at all when asked about laundry they said bring to the reception which they barely speak English and didn't offer cleaning services and when I messaged C to help me out with that service I was completely ignored and they just sent me check out instructions. reception is barely there. also no washer or dryer on the premises.. its a good area but spend your money elsewhere where you are actually listened to and appreciated as a guest not worth the price to be completely disrespected.

This airbnb is very good. It has a great living room and dining area with lots of space. The kitchen is very good and was hello by cooking dinner and breakfast. There was 4 rooms in the airbnb which was amazing for 7 people to stay in. Overall it was amazing great experience I highly recommend.

We had a great time and the place was great for our group. The host was friendly and responsive, and the location was very nice for being close to La Placita, and the walk to the beach was super easy.

We had a great stay here! Walkable to the beach (about 12 minutes to Condado) and very close to La Placita. The place was very clean and we loved the size of the space!

Very nice property within walking distance to fast food, a Walmart, and an area with restaurants and bars. The area was a little loud on the weekend with a club being near by. Very clean and modern property. It was easy to check in and out. Rules were clearly stated.

Super nice!!! Will always stay there

We enjoyed our rental. Great location, easily walkable to the plaza. Parking was definitely the biggest issue but we still managed to find one. Owner was always quickly available to answer questions. This unit had lots of space and worked perfectly for our group of six.

Cute location close to night life and restaurants.

The property was nice and was located within walking distance to La Placita which was very convenient. There was a Walmart not too far away as well. It was a cute space with enough room for our group. The natural light in the front of the apartment was beautiful. Host was responsive to an issue we had and they also let us check in early.

The host was great the home was nice. The only draw back was the washer was broken. But it’s great as far as location it right near the clubs and food places! 5 stars

Amazing location to stay at. Very peaceful and private, yet so close to everything. Also, easy to Uber. I would stay here again.

C was great, originally we were supposed to stay at 154 but since the AC broke before we checked in C transferred us to 161 which was very nice. The only thing was the stove was broke but they did have an electric stove to use in place of the broken stove. It was a fantastic stay and I highly recommended booking with C.

My family and I had a wonderful time here!!! La Placita is in walking distance and so is a few real good restaurants. The place is so cute and the pics did it no justice!!! Everything was clean and comfortable for us we didn’t want to leave lol!!!! C is extremely responsive and I truly appreciated that!!!! When I come back to PR I am renting again!!!!! I also thought the snacks for the guests in the building was so thoughtful and cute!!!!!! Thank you again C for your hospitality we truly appreciated it!!!!!!! I don’t have any complaints whatsoever!!!!!

Great place

Overall my stay was good. The placed looked just as pictured. It was walking distance to resturants and bars. It was spacious enough for the 5 of us and was clean. The only issue I had was that "laundry" was listed on the amenities, but when I got there the washer/dryer had a sign that said "out of order". One of the main reasons I booked this place was so we could do our laundry. I did message the host and what they ment was there was a laundry service for $5 per pound. Needless to say we were disappointed. Had we known ahead of time we would have stayed elsewhere. Also I confirm the time we would drop off our bag (to be held until check-in time). When we got there no one was in the office. We went to a near by resturant to kill time.

Amazing Stay for my birthday

Place was as pictured actually nicer. Management was responsive. Cleanliness was no issue, very spacious, safe, easy access to beach and nearby restaurants and bars. We walked to the beach everyday and nearby Ashford street and Laplacita. We will be back for sure!

Clean and attractive apartment

Plenty of space for a family of 5. Close to Condado Beach and access to highway. Clean and modern accomodations with cleaning services by request. Other guests in adjoining apartments can be a bit noisy, but overall a great stay!

Spring Break stay at Calle Villamil property

This was a fun and spacious property that made my stay enjoyable. The property was well-kept and clean, had enough kitchen and living room space, and had comfortable beds. Good place to go if you want to be near La Placita and are staying with a good-size group.

Location was great if you like staying in an unsafe neighborhood.

Good news: The apartment unit was very bright and well maintained. The floors were unique and the apartment overall is very nice. Bad news: The water pressure was terrible. The washer/dryer combo was /is unusable. The other tenants in the 4 story complex do not respect the rules and cause an unsafe environment.
