These Terms & Conditions govern your use of prrentals.com and any booking you make with PR Rentals. By booking a stay or experience with us, you agree to these terms.
Bookings and payment
A booking is confirmed once payment has been successfully processed. Prices are shown per night in U.S. dollars and depend on your dates and the number of guests. Payments are handled securely by Stripe. The total at checkout includes applicable taxes and any cleaning fee; there are no platform service fees when you book direct.
Best Price Guarantee
If you find a lower publicly available rate for the same property, dates, and number of guests on another booking site, contact us before completing your reservation. On verification, we will match that rate and apply an additional 10% discount. See our Best Price Guarantee page for details.
Cancellations and changes
Cancellation and refund terms vary by property and are shown at the time of booking. Please review the policy for your specific stay before you confirm. To request a change or cancellation, contact us as early as possible.
Guest responsibilities
- Every guest must be included on the reservation so pricing is accurate.
- Respect the property, neighbors, and any house rules provided at check-in.
- You are responsible for any damage caused during your stay.
Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, PR Rentals is not liable for indirect or incidental losses arising from your use of the site or your stay. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Puerto Rico.
