B&B in the Airbnb and Host was amazing even though there was a water shortage happening in Puerto Rico. Our host made sure to communicate with us about everything before and during our stay. me and my group originally had already booked a B&B in the original host, never got back to us before booking this B&B. We sent the host a message and there was a quick response. This host was very amazing and I will definitely be willing to stay here again my next trip to San Juan, Puerto Rico

My 5 young adult children stayed in the rental 5 days/4 nights to attend my wedding at the San Juan Marriott. The bed slept well, showers were great. Rental was easy access, in walking distance to food, shopping and party scene. Great stay.

Our first location cancelled on us, this location accepted us right away and let us check in early with our bags. They were so helpful and gave us all kinds of food options. The location was amazing right next to la placita. I would recommend this rental to everyone! I can’t wait to come back.

This airbnb hosted 36 of my family at one time and the service was so beautiful it was easy being there because the place was just right. It is situated in a good area with access to needed amenities. Would definitely recommend this air bnb to others who want to feel comfortable while away from home. Good price and amazing service.

This is a solid and quiet option for folks who want to be in a real Santurce neighborhood. You can walk 4 blocks to La Placita (farmer's market during the day and a loud and flashy club scene at night), 10 minute walks to the two big art museums (opposite directions but close) can walk up Calle Loiza and back (shops, restaurants, real life), take cars to Old San Juan forts and fancy shopping. The a/c worked great and the place was super plain (no wall art or knick knacks) which was calming and comfortable after a day out. Hot water, kitchen, tv all good. Our unit 4 was on the 4th floor which we didn't mind but be aware. Lots of big windows looking out on the cityscape. Also a good location for day trips as it is easily accessible from Highway 26. Good security as it is a gated property (key code), then a person in a visible office watching the gate, and then a coded door into the building then a coded door into the unit.

The property was clean and comfortable. The location was fantastic. Communication with the owner was clear, prompt, and complete.

They try to charge me triple they deny me and canceled my hotel where me and my family had no rooms. They wanted to charge me trip over because it was New Year's after I booked it through booking and the 9 Mike order.

Spacious and comfortable

The apartment was spacious and super clean. We are a family of 6 and the 5 bedroom was perfect for us. The beds are very comfortable and I loved the comfy blankets. Instructions for check in and check out were clear and easy to follow. The airport is about 10 minutes away, as is the beach (playa Escambron), La Placita where are many restaurants and bars is 5 minutes away walking . Also casino is nearby. We did not rent a car because everything was near. To go to Escambron beach we used an Uber for just $6. I will definitely be booking again in the future. The host is very professional and always answers questions right away. The check out is at 11 am but they can let you leave your suitcases in the reception area until 5:30 pm.

Great location for restaurants and night life.

the placehas plentiful room for a family to relax and unwind. plenty of stairs to climb for apartment 4 so be prepared. we purchased some kitchen utensils and left them there since there were none available. overall, it's not a bad place just a few minor improvements needed.

Great location! Walking distance (about 5 mins) to La Placita as well as Condado Beach (about 15 mins). It is a 4th floor walk up so just be aware if you bring a lot of luggage/the ability level of each guest. The apartment is pretty spacious. There was a washing machine in the kitchen but it was out of order and the stove didn’t work so there was a portable stovetop. Bedrooms were very nice. The 2 bathrooms were simple. There was a hairdryer but no clothing iron (at least that we saw). Even though we went in August, we got chilly at night and could’ve used extra blankets but it was okay since it wasn’t that bad and I tend to run cold. Overall, would highly recommend for a big group of friends/family!

This stay is extremely close to most attractions if you don’t mind a walk. The only major complaint is the stairs (no elevator) and lack of parking. Also, the cleaning gentlemen was waiting outside of our doors for us to leave an hour before check out which made up feel rushed and uncomfortable.

It was a great stay for my five friends and I, La Placita is around the corner we walked there every night. It was peaceful, not a loud area and with great communication.

The place was in the perfect location for our trip. Had everything we needed and had plenty of room for our group of 5. Easy walking distance several bars and restaurants. Would definitely stay there again.

Was a great location in a not so busy area. Had quick food close by and the placita was real close and had a great time not far from beach. Overall a 4.5 will stay again!

HORRIBLE PROPERTY

From the beginning of the stay the management was trying to scam and hustle extra money. Paid for a 5 bedroom which was supposed to sleep 10 people but charged us an extra 400 for 9 people, no oven, the house wasn’t clean, stove top didn’t work, or the washing machine. We asked for extra towels because we couldn’t wash and they wanted 30 a towel. We were woken up by gunshots at 4 am and No parking was available. Would NEVER RECOMMEND. You can tell it’s ran by a greedy large Company not a single Owner.

The host is super nice and responsive. The bnb is clean. There are things that are a lil stained and stuff ( like faucets )but it’s not that bad fr.the rooms are clean. You’re close to everything and it’s walking distance if you like to do that. Overall really enjoyed my stay. The stair going up to the 4th floor was a little much at times. Don’t rent a car just get the scooters.

Perfect spot right by everything

Great location. Easy to check in and good air conditioning when it was necessary to get out of the heat. Very close to La Placita de Santurce and the beaches. Ton of great food in the area. Great place to stay.

Apartamento limpio y luminoso, pero los ventanales del salón no se pueden abrir. Debido al calor tienes que tener el aire acondicionado todo el tiempo conectado y aún así es caluroso. Cuando llegamos encontramos un cartel en la lavadora advirtiendo de que no funcionaba . Tampoco pudimos usar el lavavajillas porque al conectarlo se salía el agua. En todo el apartamento de 5 dormitorios solo hay dos perchas para la ropa. Aunque las camas estan bien, el resto del mobiliario es muy escaso y de baja calidad.

Honestly I liked the Airbnb. It was walking distance to most everything…I would give it a 4 out of 5. If they replaced normal wear and tear items like bed sheets. Darker curtains in the living room as it gets extremely hot in the daytime. I would rate it 5 out 5. But overall Airbnb was great. My girls and I had enough rooms and space to make this trip enjoyable. I would book with C again the next time I'm in PR. FYI, there's no washer/dryer even though it says there is one.

we were thankful to find a 5 bedroom place at a good location. this rental is walking distance to La Placita and an easy Uber/drive to anywhere else. overall good location. we were happy to go to sleep to the sound of coquis and thought it was super kind of host to leave water and snacks in the mornings. plenty of towels were provided and everything was very clean. would overall definitely recommend.

This place worked perfectly for our group of 8! We were pleasantly surprised to find that a few of the beds were king sized. The location was convenient, 15 min walk to the beach, and it was very close to La Placita, but the immediate neighborhood was not loud at all. I highly recommend checking out the nearby bar Jungle Bird for cocktails! It was also convenient to be able to leave our luggage with the front desk until 5:30pm. A few minor issues we came across: – While the unit has central AC, the AC is not very evenly distributed. Some bedrooms were a lot colder than others and the living room was especially warm, but there is a fan provided to help airflow. – One bathroom was completely out of hand soap and low on body soap when we arrived, but they quickly addressed the issue the next day. – The wifi was a little slow, at least in one of the bedrooms. Overall, I highly recommend this place for groups!

10/10 ALL AROUND. Extended my stay here because of how amazing the place and host are. Felt very safe. Has everything as described. Multiple gates with passcodes so safety 10/10. Walking distance to the beach and grocery stores and restaurants and cafes. Available parking around the building, easy to find. Host was very friendly and responsive. Place is very clean and has all the amenities you could think of. Can’t remember if it’s mentioned in the description but it’s a 4th floor apt with no elevator so maybe not accessible for elderly or disabled people but should be easy on everyone else including kids (not that long flights of stairs).

Book it. Do not think twice. Amazing host, very accurate description. The apartment is spacious and neat. Has everything that you may need. Walkable distance from Condado beach and all the surrounding restaurants and cafes. Walkable distance to the lagoon. Lovely views to the city from the living room esp watching new year’s fireworks. AC works very well. Speedy wifi. Clean and organized. Would 100% stay again.

close to a lot of places

Great

The location is great and easy to navigate. We found street parking and we were able to unload our luggage early ahead of check in – so we could check out the city without worry for our car being broken into. The receptionist didn’t speak English but was quick to coordinate with management to help us out. The apartment itself was great and it accommodated a large group of people with enough actual bedrooms and 2 bathrooms with great hot water and central air. This is a nice option for those who want to be in the city, but away from the crowds and noise. There are no elevators so be prepared to carry your luggage up the stairs. There were cleaning supplies in one of the bathrooms which probably could have been put away – but not unfixable.

San Juan Friday Night Group

The property was ideally located near restaurants and within walking distance of the beach. Air conditioning doesn't keep the apartment cool and the water pressure is low.

Bachelorette party

We stayed here for my sisters bachelorette party. It comfortably slept 6 of us and was a short uber ride to Old San Juan. We were able to walk to a walmart to get things we needed and Condado beach was like a 5-10 minute walk

Best Rental in Puerto Rico!!!

We rented the top floor for a nice vacation with friends. It was 6 of us and we all had our spaces. The property was clean, safe and close to everything! I will definitely stay again next time I am in Puerto Rico!

Clean, large space

The property was nice, be prepared for the 4 floor climb with your luggage. Air conditioning could be a little colder and water pressure was an issue, though the suite itself was lovely. The washing machine did not work, though it wasn’t advertised as a feature either. Host was quick to respond to any questions, and the place was clean and spacious

Horrible property

Where do I begin! First of all we were never told that we would have to climb 6 flights of steps to get to our unit (imagine doing that with 50 lbs of luggage). When we finally got up there the living room furniture was stained and disgusting to where we couldn’t even sit on it, and when I reached out to the host they just sent two sheets up to cover it. When we showered we could only shower one at a time despite there being two showers because we had to allow the water pressure to build back up in between showers, which took about 20-30 minutes. We stayed there during the time that hurricane Fiona decided to hit, which caused us to have to deal with heavy winds and rain. When it rained it leaked through the sky light in the entry way, through the walls in all the rooms and one of the closet in one of the bedrooms. Leaving huge puddles of water everywhere. When I reached out to the host my messages went unanswered. When they turned off the electricity to the island we did have a back up generator but that only lasted for about 12 hours leaving us in the dark and with no water for 24 hours. Because of the storm we were stuck there until we were able to get a hotel, which wasn’t until Monday and by then we were due to leave the property anyway. During this time not once did the host or property manger check on us. I sent numerous messages and they all went unanswered. Now I understand that they were dealing with the mess from hurricane Fiona as well, but when you have people who are staying in multiple units that they have paid thousands of dollars to rent and a hurricane just so happens to make landfall you would at least check on them. Especially if you know that your units and generator isn’t up to par. To say that our stay there was horrible is an understatement. And when I sent a message Monday morning telling them that we were checked out and that we left a few unopened groceries behind they just said that it was ok and that housekeeping will take care of it. Never acknowledging any of the previous messages that were sent or offering any type of refund for our stay. All I’m going to say is rent/stay at your own risk.

The house is spacious good and safe location close to airport and parking was always available.Good for large group. If they fix the Ac to work properly in the bedrooms and livingroom this house will be Perfect !! I stayed at the 4 th floor from 8/23 to 8/29/2022
