Overall we had a good stay. The property was clean, felt safe, and the property manager communicated quickly anytime we needed something. The apartments themselves were nice and worked well for our group overall.One thing that was a little misleading was the listing describing it as an 8 bedroom house. In reality it was split into a 4 bedroom apartment plus two separate 2 bedroom apartments. It still accommodated everyone, but it definitely made the group feel a bit more spaced out than expected.We knew ahead of time that parking wasn’t included, so that wasn’t a surprise, but finding parking nearby was harder than expected at times.We stayed for about 2.5 weeks and weren’t able to get fresh sheets or towel service during the stay, so we ended up paying to do laundry ourselves. Some of my employees expected a little more service for a longer stay.Overall though, still a positive experience and worth a 4 star review.

The Airbnb was perfect for our trip. Great location, clean. Couldn’t ask for a better place or host.

This was the worst Airbnb experience I’ve ever had. The neighborhood felt unsafe and was completely misrepresented. The host harassed us about the number of guests, even though we stayed within the listed capacity, and charged extra. We were constantly watched on security cameras and messaged over every movement it felt invasive and uncomfortable. The property was filthy, with mold, and hair. One room flooded when it rained. The TV didn’t work, and only one side of the stove functioned. Worst of all, the host entered the home three times without permission despite me asking them not to. To top it off, the property manager falsely claimed to be from the “legal department” to pressure us into paying more. This stay was stressful, invasive, and completely unprofessional. Avoid this property at all costs.

This stay was so much better all because we booked C’s airbnb. It helped a lot as it was spacious and had everything you need in a house.

Will come back, felt just like home

Do not stay here. The "reception" is empty & unattended most of the time, so if you ever need anything, you're pretty much screwed. On the first day, one of the showers broke and leaked for the duration of the day. On Wednesday, a pipe burst on the property and we did not have any running water at all. We were here on a professional trip and we almost had to attend court and work unshowered because the host took way too long to respond and take care of the issue. The listing mentions a washer and dryer and stove, but they do not work, and yet you have to pay to clean literally anything. Not only did they not provide enough towels, but they refused to provide new ones unless we paid a $30 fee and collected all the towels we needed within minutes, despite us having somewhere to be (again here in professional capacity). Lastly, we ran out of toilet paper and the host completely ignored us, and we had to purchase our own.

We waren voor een conferentie in het Puerto Rico Convention centre en dat is op 2.5 km afstand van de Airbnb. Mooie afstand. Ook op mooi afstand (500 m) is een levendig uitgaansplek met veel activiteit en muziek op straat, te lopen maar je hoort er niks van in de airbnb. De airbnb is heel netjes en goed geregeld; er is niet echt een ruimte om gezellig buiten te zitten maar we waren overdag weg en gingen s'avonds de wijk in of Old San Juan in dus dat was geen probleem.

Very clean lots of space for our group of 13, and walking distance to restaurants, bars and corando beach. Very nice area. Would rent again if we return

Easy check in. Liked the separate 2-story apartment. Parking fairly close but was a challenge.

Had an amazing time staying with my friends. Our host was very responsive. The area was very convenient and central to everything. The apartment and units were spacious, clean, and was as described. Also great restaurant recommendations!

The place was just as described, very comfortable for our group. The only bummer was the washer /dryer was not working and we had packed anticipating it. A warning would have helped.

We are a group of 10 people. There was more than enough space for everyone. The airbnb consists of 3 units. One 4-bedroom unit in the main building and two 2-bedroom in the back building. The main unit has more common space. The back unit is quieter, with more privacy and stronger A/C. The place is clean and comfortable. I wish there were more water pressure for the shower but it's an island so it's understandable. This airbnb is more like an apartment hotel. There is onsite office and two persons were there during the day. They were extremely friendly and helpful. You can request beach towel and they even let us store our luggage before our flight. The airbnb is in a quiet residential area with plenty of good restaurants, grocery stores and many fast food chain in 5 minutes walking distance. The beach is about 13 minutes walk. You do need to cross busy streets but most of the vehicles yield to pedestrians. Uber to Old San Juan took about 10 minutes and $10.

This is my second time staying with C. I found out a lot about this place the second go round. C isn’t the owner I’m assuming he the secretary or some for whom ever. When I stayed with home last week on the same exact days I paid 1100 for 1 day and the house was decent no issues. I left for my cruise and needed a place to stay once we returned. And the price was 1400 for less than 24h stay ridiculous. So I reached out to him asking about his place and if he had anything around what I paid the following week he sent links I seen that the price dropped so i immediately booked when it was time to check in he asked me how many guest when I told him he tried to hike up the price for adtl $400. No sir I booked how you sent the link and will not pay any extra especially $400. long story short I ended up dropping my guest paid an extra 200 and come to find out the actually owner called me and talked to me very rudely. Like I wasn’t a human being. I WILL NEVER PAY MONEY TO THIS PERSON EVER.

C’s place was great! It accommodated everyone in my party he was also flexible with my driver picking us up an hour late. Great place to stay. Will stay again.

I had a rather large group I was bringing with me to San Juan to stay for the night (about 13 people) and I was SO thankful I found C’s Airbnb to be able to accommodate us!! It is 3 separate apartments but they’re close to each other so we were still able to be together the whole time. The apartments are so nice, so clean, and the biggest one was spacious enough for us to all sit in and enjoy ourselves. Will definitely be coming back next time I’m in San Juan!!

C's place was just like the pictures but better! Very clean and easy check-in. C was responsive and helpful. He gave good recommendations as well. Uber rides were very reasonable. We (party of 7) uber'd everywhere locally due to the heat. Most rides were $5-10 one way. We walked to the beach but it was a 20 min walk not 7. We probably went to a different public entrance of the beach. I'd definitely stay again. Make sure you go to the Food truck park in Miramar. We loved every minute of our stay! Ages 20-54!

Not enough of parking. I wasn’t aware a group of 7 or would be in different apartment buildings.

Great location can walk to all the parties good communication and place is nice will stay again when I come back
