Host was very responsive and clean property. Will refer this location to anyone I know coming to San Juan. Will also rent from this location again in the future. Thank you so much for the hospitality from me and our guests.

The place was outstanding to stay at. We had a group of 10 that stayed there for one night before boarding a cruise ship. There is a great place to eat just two blocks away. I have no complaints about the facility; the check-in could be slightly improved. Based on our flight arrival time, we get there roughly an hour before the check-in time of 3pm. There was no one on the property, and we just had to sit outside for an hour until we received a message with the door code to enter. It would have been nice to get the door code a little earlier since the property was vacant the night before. I had also asked before we arrived if there was anyway we could check in earlier or at least be able to drop off our luggage early, but there was no way of doing so. DO NOT take this review as negative because I would stay there EVERYTIME I visit San Juan. Your group could be from 2-16 as there are multiple securable rooms.

I’m an actual host on Airbnb. This place is worth the money we paid. Great host. They let us check in early and they were responsive. The location is perfect in regard to the city, the beach, and nightlife. I will definitely use this location in the future and suggest it to others. We were 8 people deep and they provided 8 rooms. All of my People only have great things to say! Thanks PR Rentals.

This air bnb accommodated 36 of my family one time including a wheel chair person, and this was beautifully done. The managers of this unit did an amazing job, we are all choosing them again very soon and they took such good care of us. You will love it.

We had an incredible stay at this Airbnb. The host was responsive and helpful. The rental was incredibly comfortable and spacious. The location was perfect. We walked to the beach every day and was also very close to shops and restaurants. Perfect for a large group! Thanks for a great trip!

We stayed here again and it was great! We knew that everything will be perfect and ready for us. The host is awesome and for 8 people this place is fantastic. Highly recommend if you have a big group and if you want to have a clean and safe place.

This place is great! The team was really happy with it. Clean and organized rooms, no big issues at all. The host is always in touch and really helpful. Highly recommend if you are in Puerto Rico with a team or a bigger group.

Great place when you have a large group or family. Walking distance to everything (beach, restaurants, night life. There was a total of 10 of us my husband and I as well as our adult children and their significant others.You need to be a bit creative to cook as there is no oven and only two small burners but we made due. Also only two towels per room so plan ahead if you need more

This place is great! For a big group of people, this place is amazing. We had everything available and there are very minor issues, which the host take care of rapidly without any problem. Host is always in touch with us and there were no problems at all. Highly recommend for group of people who wants to stay in a clean, organized and well maintained location.

Great Place!!

This property was a great size for myself and nine other guests. Gives a very villa-like feel. Very central location to La Placita and Condado. Host was very responsive and answered all of our inquiries. Host even gave some recommendations for activities and excursions to do. Would definitely recommend this place to any large group coming to PR!

Location was very convenient. This place easily accommodates large groups. Be careful running A/Cs extremely low, we had one go out a couple days into the trip. Other than that this is a good deal all around if you’re trying to be central and explore San Juan.

This place is in a great location! It is walking distance to the Condado Beach which was a nice beach to go if you wanted to stay close by. It is also a couple of blocks from the very popular La Placita de Santurce. Place was perfect for our group. We would definitely recommend!

I’ll start off by saying this spot was in a great location, directly around the corner from la placita and 10 min walk to the beach. The issue we had with this place was when we arrived the electric was off due to a power outage in certain parts of the city. There was a generator outside that we were told could be turned on, but it was never turned on. I reached out to the host after a few hours to see if there was any update on the generator or the electric and didn’t receive a response until I got Airbnb involved. We were moved to another property of theirs across the street where the electric was on, but after a short while it went off, I reached out to the maintenance worker who refused to tell me what was going on, but eventually fixed it. The rooms they put us in were not cleaned thoroughly, there were stains on the door what looked like a bunch of ants some dead and others alive and grime in the shower.

Would definitely stay here again!!! Very spacious and multiple bathrooms. Reserved this beautiful super last minute, it took me a few minutes to get there and the host was there waiting for me to explain everything to me in person. Amazing!

It’s a beautiful and spacious place that gives everyone their own privacy!

My experience at PRE Rental was largely unsatisfactory due to significant communication issues with Host C, who was mostly unresponsive and occasionally provided misleading information. Before our arrival, we inquired about backup power following a power outage and were assured it was available. Unfortunately, when the outage occurred, Host C did not respond to our email. The appliances were outdated, with the stove consisting of a camping hot plate, and we also experienced problems with the air conditioning units in the back. While the layout of the house was functional for six individuals, I cannot recommend this property based on the poor communication and outdated amenities. Notably, although the house had a generator, it was not activated, leaving us without power for a day and a half.

I was CHARGED EXTRA for guest day 2 !!pay or get out & loose all money!! IN PR 3 bathrooms did NOT have a hot shower!! & THEY DIDN'T COME FIX OR OFFER ANY$$ back.. FLOORS NEEDED MOPPING DESPERATELY ,IT FELT NOT CLEAN.BUT smells good wit the plug inns in every rooms"cover up" ,Very spacious great for couples retreat the 4 rooms in back was the key & 4rooms in main house.. They will charged u for clean towels so use the 2 they provide for your stay.I stay 4days 2 showers aday,I just went to Walmart to get extra. THEY DO WATCH CAMERAS & I WAS CHARGED FOR HAVE EXTRA FRIENDS STAY WITH ME EVEN THOUGH I BOOKED 8 BEDROOM HOUSE. I still had 2 rooms not used ..

Great stay, very accommodating host. Only thing of concern is that the neighbors are grand parents who hate any noise, and claim the airbnb is illegitimately hosted.

This place was awesome for a bigger group! Lots to do in the area and it was walkable to La Placita, restaurants, the beach, Walmart, and more. The check in was super easy and house was everything we needed.

The place offered all we needed and the only minor issue is that a random person one of the nights slept in the garage but the host responded quickly, overall very good place and would come back.

Absolutely loved staying at this location. La placita is walking distance. Perfect for couples and large groups. Even though it is so close to La placita your still in a peaceful neighborhood with very helpful and welcoming neighbors.

Fine but pricey rental, host unprofessional and rude.

The facility itself was comfortable, the rooms were clean, the location is close to several restaurants, and the rental was fairly quiet at night.

The host is very attentive and responds to requests promptly. The beds are comfortable, and the AC works well. The simple kitchen is convenient for preparing breakfast. The property is located close to the freeway, restaurants, and nightclubs, making it easily accessible. The layout includes a 4-bedroom, 3.5-bath main house and four studio units behind it. It’s a good option for large groups if planning to use only five bedrooms. However, the three upstairs bedrooms in the main house lack proper glass windows, having only metal-like shutters with plastic covers inside. This results in significant noise from the freeway and nearby restaurants/nightclubs, making it difficult to sleep at night. Other drawbacks include poor water pressure and broken safety boxes and coffee makers in some rooms. Overall, I would only recommend this property to guests who do not plan to use the three upstairs bedrooms in the main house.

Great place! Definitely reccomend for large groups who are looking for privacy.

This property is great for a large group. We loved having the main house for hanging out, and having the apartments behind the house made sure everyone had their own space. It was close to restaurants and close enough for a quick uber or walk to the beach. This property doesn’t have much of a kitchen to cook in, but we knew that before we booked and planned to eat at restaurants anyways. You sometimes have to park a street or two away to find a spot, but it was never too far. We plan to book this place again in the future!

This Airbnb was located near a few bars and restaurants we dined in at. It was a walkable distance to the LaPlacita District.

Excellent place and in close proximity to lots of restaurants and the beach. Would definitely stay again.

Would not recommend

We had terrible communication and zero assistance from the people at the location. We were told they would not give us check in instructions until 3:00pm, even though I had communicated several times that our flights had changed and half our party would be arriving early. No help. Then we received the check in codes after 4:30. The other half of our party had been at the location for 5 hours with no consideration , and they actually rented another hotel room just to get off the streets with their toddler and luggage. The property was listed as 1 unit but was actually 2 separate buildings, and broken up not like it was advertised. The one room smelled so strong of marijuana that it was unusable. We had requested cribs in advanced, not there when we arrived, when we contacted the host a pack and play was not delivered until 11pm for a 1 year old. I would not recommend this property, or the host. The cleanliness was below our expectations as well

Wow! We arrived on our last night in Puerto Rico of a six day trip. My goal was to have a place closer to the airport (10 minute taxi ride), close enough to walk to everything. It surpassed my expectations. In Santurce, we were a 15-minute walk to Condado Beach that have many good restaurants like Ropa Vieja and souvenir stores, about 7-minute walk to La Placita market (which there was bachata/salsa music at night in this square). About 4 blocks from a plaza with Taco Bell, IHop, Vagón (Mexican Food), Pizza Hut, Church´s Chicken. A vegan store is only 3 blocks away. It is six kilometers from Viejo San Juan. The house itself has a plethora of apartments accommodating 16 people very comfortably. Had AC.

Excellent. Would use again when in San Juan, Puerto Rico.
