Loved the proximity to everything. Especially the beach. Big space and a great neighborhood. I wouldn’t say there’s a view or anything other than street but it was such a great place. We felt safe. Fridge, stove, pots, pans are available. This made it so enjoyable too. Dining table as well as a comfy couch! Small TV available in living room. Rooms are cold at night which is great. Everyone got their own bathroom!

You get what you pay for…

The property was close to restaurants and the beach. We liked the price.

Place is clean, near the action but in a quiet part. It's not fancy, consisting of four bedrooms, each with its own bathroom. one large public room with a large sectional sofa and several chairs, a dining area, and an alcove kitchen. We didn't cook, but all the equipment is there. There are no views- all of the windows are covered with louvered shutters, and they look directly at other parts of the building. Easy entry- one little ramp, about 10 inches up from street level through two electronic locks. The entry door is right next to the partly under-building parking lot. An easy 4 block walk up to the beach area which is full of places to eat and some look out over the beach. As stated by others the bunk-bed room has a tiny shower, being only 18 inches deep, but the water pressure is good and everything works.

Location was perfect for access to the beach and a great neighbourhood with lots of shops and restaurants. Perfect for a large group, with an ensuite bathroom off every bedroom.

Awesome location and price for 4 bedrooms and four bathrooms. Surrounded by cool stuff. Great food and drinks. The place isn’t ‘fancy’ , it’s a little rough around the edges. But for 4 bedrooms each with its own bathroom in a great location it’s basically on point.

All staff and host were very nice and responsive. There was a small insect issue but its PR, its humid, its expected . They immediately offered assistance. Very kind to lend us beach towels. Offered water and snacks at the door. This is only a 10 minute walk to Condado beach which is great. A lot of options to eat. Would 100% stay here again

This was hands down the best Airbnb experience I’ve ever had. We booked last minute and the hosts went above and beyond to make sure everything was smooth and stress free. They were so kind, welcoming, and truly cared about making our stay perfect. The Airbnb itself was absolutely amazing spotless, cozy with everything we needed. The location could not have been more perfect: everything was within walking distance, and the beach was literally right there. We felt like we were in the heart of everything, but still had a peaceful and relaxing place to come back to. The combination of the space, the unbeatable location, and the sweetest hosts made this trip unforgettable. I wish I could give more than 5 stars, because they truly deserve it. I would recommend this place to anyone and everyone, and I can’t wait to come back!

The place was a lovely stay! With lots of rooms and lots of bathrooms. Very accommodating and felt right at home. It’s a walkable distance to condado beach and nearby restaurants as well. Would definitely stay here again with a big group!

We liked the layout and the location but; Parking was horrible and we were threatened with calling the police if not moving fast enough to load and unload the car. It was raining and we had our 81 year old mother The toaster, coffe maker, microwave and air fryer dirty. The mattresses were thin and hard. Very uncomfortable to sleep in after a long day of traveling and having fun. We went to Walmart to buy bed sheets and bug spray. We killed 4 roaches. Only one TV. No tvs in the bedrooms. I was a previous 5 Star Airbnb owner and I tried to see the best of this place but I had to give a real opinion.

Words can’t describe it all. Feels like home is all I can say.

It was a great experience staying at this apartment. William was everything and even allowed us to extend this unit and waived the fees. Very spacious, comfortable and neat with all the amenities to make a stay feel homely. We plan to visit San Juan once a year and we plan to make this place our vacation home!

The unit was big, 4 bedrooms with 4 bathrooms. Very spartan furniture & kitchen. It was close to food & drink spots.

We had a great time. It was very walkable to all the local attractions especially the beach.

Clean & comfortable

Place was full of dirt! The living room AC did not work. Some of the doors did not even lock. Bathrooms were dirty and the shower drains had hair in them. Check in is at 3 and checkout at 11, however the host wanted us to pay parking for 2 days. The listing said the fee was for 24 hours. After I explained this to the host, he said that we had to pay and that it was clear in the listing. He said that if I didnt move the cars in 10 minutes I would be fined. I explained that it was not clear in the listing and that my review would reflect that. He immediately took a hostile attitude and told me that "they" did not work on threats and that he would fine me and he would get his money. We moved the cars 6 minutes after he said we had to move the cars in 10 minutes. He still submitted the fine and told me that he had pictures. A lady working the front desk was taking pictures of our cars and of us without our consent. The fine he submitted was for $520, even though the parking was 120 max.

Great location. House needs major TLC. Dirty bathrooms but the location can’t be beat.

The location is so ideal. It’s close enough to walk to anything you’d want or need but also far enough from the action that it’s quiet and feels safe. I’d stay again and recommend anyone to stay here. Perfect for multi couples or groups of friends that want their own bathrooms.

Great location, bad Air conditioners

Property was comfortable and has a great location. The 4 bedrooms and living room had a mini-split AC unit and 2 bedrooms and the livingroom AC were not working. They had additional guests coming same day we left, yet they rented it without fixing them.

It worked well as the jumping off point to our family vacation.

Family Trip – Overall Good for the Price

Pros: Cost effective for a big group (especially for the location), large living room space, amazing location walking distance from the beach and really great restaurants, friendly front desk employees, quick responses from property management, super easy check in and check out. Good kitchen with big fridge, big sink, toaster, and microwave. Cons: 4BR/4BATH was advertised. However, the 4th bedroom seemed constructed afterwards so is incredibly small with a rickety bunk bed and the attached bathroom is really just a half bath because the shower is way too small for any human. We also had hot water problems in a couple of the bathrooms and water pressure problems in all of the bathrooms. Not very deeply cleaned. No washer/dryer.

1. El lugar está ubicado en una excelente zona. 2. El apartamento es sumamente cómodo facilitando un baño para cada habitación. Esto es un PLUS!! 3. No estamos muy complacidos con la limpieza. En la habitación principal se paseaban varias cucarachas. 4. Lamentablemente, había demasiado ruido en la planta alta durante todo el día, noche y lo peor….de madrugada. A la 1, 2 y 3am movimientos de muebles que no nos dejaron descansar. Nos volveríamos a quedar? Lo recomendaríamos?….pues probablemente si…pero con reservas.

Great Family Vacation in a Nice Home

The location was excellent; close to shops, restaurants and the beach. In spite of the language barrier we were able to communicate with front desk employees who were very gracious and helpful when we had requests. It was great to have 4 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms for 6 adults in our group. Will stay here again if we return to Puerto Rico.

It would have been nice if they had tvs in house and code to get I. My second room it never did work
