I was without water for a day and a half due to an external issue, but no one informed me. I had to go out and ask around, and a neighbor told me they had been distributing water for basic needs, but no one from the property notified me. The apartment was clean and well located. However, there is no power outlet next to the bedside table, which is very inconvenient. The bathroom has no shelves or facilities to place my personal items. There is also no closet or hooks for clothes. For the price, I expected more.

The location worked out very well because we were use to the area and the location was very close to McDonald's restaurant and close to bus service

The studio was very clean. Located about a 5 minute walk to the beach.

This is a chill spot for a short trip. I’ve gotten better values for sure but this spot has all you need and is so close to beach you could walk back just to use the restroom or refresh your drink. Location location! After 8 trips to different parts of the island I’ve found anything off McLeary Ave Is the place to be in ocean park! I enjoyed sitting outside on the chairs after sundown.

This is a very cute and quiet place, perfect for solo travel or a couple! The host was extremely responsive and fixed any issues/concerns I had in a timely manner. The beach is about 10-15 mins walking and there are many restaurants nearby.

They got bed bugs or mites or something

The property was nice, but I think they have bedbugs or mites or something. I didn’t see anything besides baby spiders on the couch, but everyone in my party got bit up so bad they had to have some kind of infestation.

Amazing VRBO

We stayed in this incredible house on our last trip to Puerto Rico. Its walking distance from the beach and has its own private and gated driveway that easily held our two vans. We will most definitely stay here again.

Deceptive

I was looking forward to renting a VRBO as the reason for the trip was to celebrate my aunts 97 birthday. I read all the reviews and ratings 4.5 before deciding to book this property. The online pictures were deceptive. The place had plywood under the mattresses for support. The neighborhood was sketchy so needless to say a 4.5 rating was not merited. The bathrooms were awful, no railings in shower, just awful. Needless to say we complained and were totally ignored. We arrived to property at 2;00 am as we had a late flight. PR Rentals did not send us code to gain access to property until 3:00 am. We were scared, exhausted and made other stay arrangements by noon that same day. Total waste of money, We we’re ripped off and I feel that the honorable way for this to be handled was to prorate our stay. I would pay for the 1st night as we did stay there, and we should have been refunded for the rest as we did not stay there the remaining time. I would not recommend this property to anyone that cares about cleanliness, amenities, safety.

So much fun

The property was clean and spacious. Some of the bathrooms could use a facelift and the hot water was hard to adjust but I would rent this again for our family if 12. Air conditioners worked awesome. Kitchen was clean with nice appliances. We were in walking distance to the ocean and many wonderful restaurants. Totally enjoyed our stay

Lovely house, communication no so lovely

The house was beautiful with the old charm. A tad run down but had charm. The communication was not great. The only form of communication is email. Not ideal when the electricity runs out and you are unsure if there is a generator. They were also very late getting me check in instructions (I had to ask versus the other way around) and when I struggled opening the gate I couldn't get timely communication. Overall the place is nice but the property management group could improve their communication.
