Location was close to everything! Accommodated us 7 people! Rooms were spacious. AC in the property pumping!

BEWARE DO NOT BOOK! The only thing I can say good about this property is the location! The interior is outdated, the beds are highly uncomfortable, and the kitchen only has a rusty, two-burner hotplate if you want to cook. The worst part of our stay, however, was the management. After arriving at 3:00 PM, we went out and returned late just to sleep. The next morning, we woke up to find the running water completely shut off. While the host sent a technician, the repair only lasted 30 minutes. I later learned this is a known island infrastructure issue. Most local rentals provide adequate backup systems for water and power failures, but this property does not. When I texted the host for updates, they stopped responding entirely. Because the condo was uninhabitable without running water or working toilets, I informed the host I was leaving, checked into a hotel, and requested a refund. The host finally messaged me hours later to state the water was back on, but they have since refused to issue a refund. Forcing guests to stay in unsafe conditions without basic utilities is completely unacceptable.

Beautiful, spacious property in a great location with excellent hosts—everything we needed for a memorable stay.

We had a great stay. The property was clean, spacious, comfortable, and accommodated our group very well. One thing we really appreciated was the privacy—we felt comfortable throughout our stay while still knowing help was available whenever we needed it. The hosts were responsive, accommodating, and always willing to answer any questions, which made everything smooth from start to finish. The location was excellent and within walking distance to restaurants, food spots, nightlife, and Condado Beach, making it easy to enjoy everything the area has to offer without needing transportation. Overall, it was a beautiful place, well-maintained, conveniently located, and exactly what we needed for our trip.

I liked that the accommodations were plenty for my family and I. I like that everything was in close proximity to food, fun and the beach.

We had a great stay. The location was fantastic. The space was large enough for a large family. Everything was clean and welcoming. Highly recommend staying here. Great restaurants within walking distance and an easy commute to the cruise ships.

Such a great time!

The beds are very small, one of the bathrooms doesn't even fit one person, the kitchen utensils are of poor quality, the first day the air in the living room and one of the bedrooms didn't work and they didn't come to fix it until the next day, the only good thing is the location of the place nothing more.

The place was great with super easy check in and check out instructions. Perfect for a large group because of the amount of beds. It’s in a good location close to the beach and a bunch of restaurants!

We were a group of 6 young people staying in this AirBnB and it was perfect! The apartment was efficient in that all of your basics are covered – fridge, microwave, silverware, neat bathrooms, iron for luggage wrinkled clothes, a TV with easy YouTube access for music, and much more. The location was very convenient for access to Condado Beach, OSJ, La Placita, and SJU airport. If you are planning a group trip to San Juan you most definitely should consider this AirBnB, we all had such a fun time!

Overall not a bad stay at all. Location is prime. Lot of beds which was nice. The shower was decent but got hot and cold quickly. A/C was good. Good amount of space. Host answers fairly quickly but decided not to answer when we had bugs in the apartment the first night, very convenient. Also, there is a $30 charge for an additional shower towel which is absurd. Walking distance from everything which was great.

Great place to stay! We were walking distance to the beach, bars, restaurants, clubs. The Airbnb was very comfy and secure. The host was very responsive and the staff were great as well. Highly recommend!

Host was awesome and extremely communicative and knowledgeable about the area! Definitely a great place to be in order to get around all areas of San Juan. Would definitely consider staying here again!

Great place great host close to everything

This spot was great for a long weekend stay. Plenty of room for our party of five. The location is excellent, we were able to walk to all the hot spots and find food easily.

1. Air Conditioning Unit in Shower: A mini-split air conditioning unit is installed in the shower with exposed conduit. This is not only against building codes but also poses an extreme safety hazard, with a significant risk of electrical shock or injury. 2. Water Hose: A water hose enters the unit through a window, seemingly connected to piping. Without clarity on its purpose or installation, it raises additional safety concerns, especially given that we have young children who could inadvertently interact with it. 3. Luggage Security: We were told to place our luggage in the room, but another staff member later stated they could not guarantee its safety during cleaning. This left us uncertain about the security of our belongings while addressing the safety issues. Our family decided not to stay and found accommodations else where and the host refuses to provided a refund. They even claimed that we were never in the unit to avoid providing a refund for un used accommodations.

Was great. Easy access in and out of the building. Literally 1 min walk from everything in condados. Will be coming back for next year.

The unit was very spacious and the location was very good. Customer service was also great. We had one minor issue and it was addressed immediately.

Nice place that served our purpose for the visit and had ample space to hang out. Perfect location with many great restaurants and bars within short walking distance, but off the main street so avoided the noise. Would visit again.
