4BR Apartment Beach 7 Min Wi-Fi Restaurants

Very clean, spacious and walkable to bars and restaurants. Would highly recommend for large groups. Host is super responsive and proactive. A nice alternative to old San Juan.

This home is beautiful! Very comfortable for our family. Love the fact there was security and he was so helpful in taking our luggage inside. He helped us with getting into the house too. Not to mention he gave us his parking space. He was truly kind. I truly loved this experience. The house was extremely beautiful.. inside and outside! 😍

PR rentals was an absolute gem to Find! We were able to find our place last minute and it met all our expectations! The apartment fit our group of 6 perfectly! The communication was great and the apartment had a reception office onsite incase anything was needed. We did have a small issue with the electricity and it was very quickly resolved!! The location is incredibly great! A less than 5 minute walk to La Placita and 10 minute walk to condado beach! I will definitely recommend PR Rentals to all my friends and will definitely book with them again the next time I visit Puerto Rico!!

Highly recommend. Clean space in a very safe area. Quiet and friendly. 24 hour manned security was a huge plus! When we ran out of toilet paper, the overnight security was very helpful and attentive. We will be back!

Loved the clutter free minimalistic decor. The house was very clean and exactly as described in the instructions. The staff was very responsive and promptly addressed my requests. Onsite Parking would have been perfect but was able to find parking on the street easily. The location was very convenient and close to restaurants/ bars in santurce and Condado. Good clear instructions from the host made it easier to navigate.

The host was extremely responsive. There was an issue with our lock on the second day and it got resolved immediately. The rental was clean and just as described. The street for the most part was quiet and safe but there are a couple of abandoned houses that appeared to be used by homeless. The one con to the house was there were no dressers to store clothes. The primary bedroom didn’t have a closet and just a small rack with a few hangers to hang clothes and no nightstands. The walk to the beach was quick but you had to cross a couple of very busy streets which was not an issue for us but would be concerning if you had smaller children. Overall our stay was good and would recommend staying again.

This apartment is centrally located in San Juan in between Santurce and Condado. The beach was about a 10 minute walk away but there are plenty of beaches within a 5-7 minute drive. Also just a couple of blocks away from the nightlife of La Placita. The apartment itself was well decorated, clean, and spacious. It easily accommodates 8! I would highly recommend booking this home if you are looking for a great stay!
