We had an amazing time here! We came with 3 guys, and it was as described. The area is not so nice, but the house is nice, and spacious.

Everything was perfect! Looked just like the pictures. The host was very responsive and timely! Even let us check-in early which was a plus for us ! We can’t wait to come back to la isla del encanto and stay here again!

The location is unbeatable — right in the heart of the action, with lively music, local restaurants, and vibrant nightlife all within walking distance. Despite being so close to the plaza, the property was peaceful and felt like a private escape from the city's buzz. The host was incredibly welcoming, responsive, and made sure everything was perfect from check-in to check-out. The apartment itself was spotless, stylishly decorated, and had all the amenities I needed — including a comfortable bed, strong Wi-Fi, and cold A/C (a must in San Juan!). If you're looking to experience local culture, delicious food, and the energy of Santurce, I highly recommend this spot. I’ll definitely be booking again for my next trip to San Juan!

C’s place was very nice & spacious for the 5 people we had. very convenient to places we wanted to go such as Old San Juan, the beach, grocery store, late night eats, etc. I’d most definitely come back again whenever I have another group trip

I had a wonderful experience staying at this Airbnb! The place was exactly as described—clean, cozy, and beautifully decorated. The bed was super comfortable, and all the amenities (Wi-Fi, kitchen, AC/heating, etc.) worked perfectly. It truly felt like a home away from home. The location was also ideal—close to restaurants, shops, and public transportation, but still peaceful and quiet at night. Our host was incredibly responsive and kind, providing clear instructions for check-in and even some great local recommendations. You can tell they really care about their guests having a great stay. I would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting the area. Thanks for making my trip so enjoyable!

The place was really close to the main street of la placita. It was also very close to the airport and the location of the apartment was very convenient.The apartment itself was nice and clean.

This apartment is located between beach and food place and it was so convenient!! And rooms are clean and facilities are all OK.

If you are into the nightlife, this is the perfect place to stay. We literally walked to La Placita every night and enjoyed the festivities! It’s also very close to beaches and other attractions. I would definitely recommend.

Home was exactly as pictured and described. Location was very walkable. The Placita was only a 5 minute walk and had a lot of restaurants nearby. Host was communicative and responsive.

This is my second time staying at this listing, and should I ever go back to Puerto Rico it would be at the top of my list once again. The location is great and close to so many options ranging from dining to nightlife. The space itself is always clean, easy to enter, and spacious. And although I didn’t have any necessary concerns this stay, I know from the past that this host is quick to respond and will provide recommendations for any experiences you may be interested in while visiting Puerto Rico. Definitely consider a stay here, you won’t regret it.

Great location for night life. Walking distance to almost everywhere. Neighborhood was nice and very clean safe to walk around at night. Would 100 % come back.

Good spot and good location

Great location, really nice as shown in pictures. Only problem was parking it was the Wild West out there ! But other than that the building is fully fenced in La Perla is only a couple of minutes away walking distance, also a real good restaurant called Airelibre good food, & drinks. Only downside to the actual Airbnb is the kitchen’s appliances you can use them all at the same time it cause a electrical overload and have to give it a minute for power to get back and use them individually. Also dryer was broken when we were there which could’ve been helpful to have due to all of the water activities we did. Would I stay there again ? I absolutely will, no doubt !

Best Rental Property In San Juan Puerto Rico

First time I stay at this property, and its location location location – excellence! The apartment unit was impeccable, and in a charming street 2 minute walk from La Placita center which is popular for its bars, food, and ambience. A true Puerto Rican experience! The beach is near and a quick ride via Uber ($5) ( unless you want to walk 15m). The service from Puerto Rico Rentals was superb. They had great recommendations for restaurants and bars in the area. We visited a few, such as Tostado (food) in Calle Loiza, and Botanico Calle Cerra (outdoor bar), and we were thrilled. We also took ideas, of places to visit, from their colorful Instagram page. Our overall experience was fantastic and we cant wait to go back! I will stay again in this or any other of their properties. Thank you William and your team !

Nice place with good location

Really enjoyed our stay. The check in process was a little tricky with a big group. Everyone wanted instructions but we didn’t get them until three o’clock on check in day. I get that they didn’t want us going in early but it made arrival a little stressful. Place has a good size living room and the location was walking distance from a lot of great spots. The washing machine was out of service which was a bummer since we were there a full week. Would stay here again.
