Loved this stay !!! Beautiful home , near the beach ! Friendly host ! Was able to accommodate my early check in. And the place is huge very spacious for a bigger group ! 10/10

We had a wonderful stay here! The place was clean, comfortable, and exactly as described. The location was one of the best parts it was very walkable, with plenty of restaurants, shops, and things to do nearby. It was also just a short drive to all the other attractions we wanted to visit, which made getting around super easy. The host was responsive, and everything went smoothly from check-in to check-out. We’d definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting the area!

Nice location. close walking distance to good food, beach and other things. Beware: advertise free on site parking and then demanded $60 parking. In cash as well! refused CC payment. Also they will only give the access information a few hours before check in, so you need to get an international data pack to get the checkin info at the door. The windows aren't glass. they are plastic with shutters, so the road noise and street noise is loud at night. Bugs/insects crawled through an open window that had a hose passing through it that we couldn't close. Worst of all, it's also one of those places that demands you do all the cleaning before you leave. Had to spend an hour washing AND drying all the dishes, had to take the rubbish out AND strip the beads and get all the laundry together. I dont understand how they justify the cleaning fees they are charging and demanding so much cleaning from their guests. Also had to agree to terms and conditions and submit ID and data by unsecured means

My family and I rented this location and would come back. It was easy to get to. Also lots of shops and restaurants in the area. We felt safe the time we were there. Nothing negative about the place with plenty of room.

Great location! Expect some noise and basic amenities but there are a lot of restaurants and beaches close by to spend your time!

Very spacious and conveniently located near everything, which we really appreciated. Unfortunately, the cleanliness did not meet expectations. There were noticeable hair clumps on the kitchen floor, bathroom, and bedroom, and the bath mat appeared to be covering stains and sand. Additionally, some of the sheets and pillowcases had visible stains. With better attention to cleaning, this place could be a great stay.

The house was definitely a nice size and had great rooms but the smallest bathroom was too small to fit and had the floor was a bit gross. The overall house was adequately clean. There was a lot of dishes and glasses for you to use and the beds were nice.

Bare minimum amenities. Not even a baking sheet and only a few pots. Location is fine, close to the beach but further walk to night life.

We came to Puerto Rico for a wedding at La Concha. This location was perfect! Quick walk to the beach and to the wedding location! Host was always responsive and very helpful. Only complaint was the noise outside, but not too much they can do about that. Otherwise it was a great stay, plenty of room for the 5 of us that went!

Great location. Check in is super easy, there is an onsite management team that is friendly and helpful. Large apartment great for large groups, reasonable priced.

There could have been a higher level of amenities, such as additional staples, i.e., seasonings, salt, pepper, and sugar. There were noisy people in the apartment above us, which you had little control over.

This accomodations was fantastic. the host was very responsive and proactive in helping you find stuff to do! I highly recommend!

The place was very clean and had plenty of space for our large family. The location was great — close to the beach and nearby restaurants, which made getting around easy and convenient. One thing to note is that it was very loud outside at night. Some family members had trouble sleeping due to noise. We were there during a festival, so that may have contributed, but it stayed loud until around 3 a.m. At one point it even sounded like a fight or pounding on a door or car. That said, the noise did not impact the quality of the actual space itself, which is why I’m not reducing stars. Just something future guests may want to keep in mind depending on their sensitivity to noise or timing of their stay.

Great location with easy access to the city and within walking distance of Condado Beach, which was a real highlight and gave the stay a proper holiday feel. The apartment is very spacious with plenty of room for everyone, making it ideal for a larger group. The communal areas work very well and the layout feels relaxed and social. Overall, a very good base for a group looking to enjoy the beach while staying close to the city, with lots of space to relax together.

We had a short stay, it was great and there were no problems at all. The host is always there when we needed something. Recommend it for anyone who wants a good place.

This property is in a very convenient location. You can walk to Condado Beach and nearby restaurants. It’s a short Uber ride to Old San Juan and the airport. There is a small park nearby that hosts concerts and performances on Sunday. It can be a bit noisy at night, but the location is excellent. During the day, there are staff at the front desk who are very friendly and patient, and helps a lot.nnThe property is well suited for a large family, with most basic amenities included. The shower water pressure in the middle bathroom is a bit low and laundry requires an additional fee.

This Airbnb has ALOT of potential. However, in the current state it needs some work. Cons: The tub in one of the bathrooms looked dirty although it was clean. The outlets were in weird places in the room with nothing to sit your things on to charge. The beds were horrible. They felt like springs. They definitely need new beds in there. The shower in the bedroom/bath combo needs to be made different because the water gets all over the floor from the shower and it’s no light in that bathroom area so you have to have the room lights on to see. This was an issue at night when one person is sleeping and the other has to use the bathroom, you have to turn on the room light to see. There also isn’t a door but there is a concrete wall for privacy. The wall needs to be painted. That looked tacky. I’m assuming they are probably renovating the place because it needs some work. Because of that I do think it was overpriced. Pro: location! Close to cruise port, Walmart, restaurant, bars, walkable

The location was wonderful. It was so many things to do right and walking distance. If you do rent a car, I would say go ahead and pay the $30 for the parking. My house was very responsive and took great care of him.

The property has potential but needs some improvements. The water heater in the bedroom with the private bathroom didn’t heat properly, so the water wasn’t hot enough. The AC mini split also needs attention, and the second bathroom’s tub was dirty and in poor condition. In the kitchen, there’s only one outlet, which made it hard to use appliances like the microwave — we had to move things around to plug them in. It would be much better if an extra outlet could be added and these maintenance issues addressed.

Great and spacious place to stay with family or a group of friends. It’s within walking distance of restaurants and hotels, located in a safe neighborhood, and only 4 minutes away from grocery stores like Walmart. I would highly recommend this place to anyone!

Not that great

This place needs a remodel. The pictures make it look better than what it seems. One shower is gross. The other shower looks like you need shower shoes to get in it. The beds aren’t comfortable. The floors are stained/dirty and we woke up with the living room with water on the floors from the AC/split unit leaking. I will say the rental company did replace the tv that was destroyed from the AC leak and they did clean up the water. But overall we weren’t happy with the look of the unit. I was told by the maintenance guy that the pictures weren’t updated of the place.

Great place to stay to get around to old San Juan and lots of popular restaurants and activities. 10-15 away from the airport. Ubers were easily accessible. If Ubers, weren’t available there are places walking distance with the walk nearby. Plenty of space in the Airbnb and bathrooms for a group of family and friends to stay!

Condado Beach Apartment

This property feels like a college dorm suite. Very institutional. The windows are not glass, just very thin plastic. You will hear EVERYTHING from the street below all night. The floor throughout is old school linoleum and did not feel very clean. The location is convenient to the beach and shopping.

Just as described. We were concerned at first due to no reviews and the listing being new. However, enjoyed our stay. The home was clean and clutter free. No cleanliness or maintenance concerns. Easy check in and instructions. On second level so be aware of going up stairs with luggage but not an inconvenience. Near food, beach, and nightlife. You can walk to anything. Overall, great experience and ending to a trip that otherwise began with lots of challenges and stressful. Thank you

Very good area to stay in, super close to everything in Condado.

The a/c was broken . Neighbors were loud. It was hair everywhere & dusty. Fridge was dirty. Place smells like urine. Almost they try to make you pay unexpected fees. One bed had bed bugs !

Convenient and all basics needed

We loved the four bedroom size of the apartment and the location. The amenities and the furniture are very basic, but probably a good value for the price. The hosts were very responsive.

Our 1st visit to PR staying in San Juan.

Celebrating a special birthday, my 5 adult children and I visited San Juan for the 1st time on a 4 day weekend. The apartment's 6 beds accommodated everyone with their own bed (no bunkbeds). The front desk attendants were helpful. This location is very close to many restaurants & shops in a short walking distance… including drug store and a Walmart. (We highly recommend The Oyster Shack at 1104 Magdalena Ave. It has Excellent food with a special cocktail bar upstairs.) We felt very safe walking around the area at night! An uber dropped us off in Old San Juan for a long, wonderful day of much sightseeing. We also enjoyed the national park with fun natural waterfall-slides. We would love to visit again, with so much more to see!

The place needs a lot of work done! The kitchen and bathrooms are old and worn out falling apart… the lighting is horrible in the bedroom with the bathroom you can’t see anything! One of the bedroom ceiling lights didn’t come on at all! It was enough space for our group of 10 and the location was perfect but it needs upgrades for the price that was paid!

Not a great time

I was not impressed with our stay here. The pictures in the listing did not match the actual apartment. The bathrooms were not very clean – the smallest one's shower was very gross. The location was not ideal – you could hear every single thing that went on outisde, including the construction that would start at 5 am and the people that partied all night. The biggest issue was getting in touch with the property manager for the check in process – I did not hear from them prior to the day we had to check so I reached out to get the check in information. The manager did not get back to us that day (sent several messages and called several times) and got back to us hours before check in. Even after filling out check in forms, it took way too long to get a hold of the code for the building and apartment. VRBO was very helpful navigating this situation but I would not stay at this apartment again. Not worth what we paid.

came to PR for a wedding and we needed a place walking distance to the venue, and this was perfect! location was amazing bc it was walking distance to many local shops and restaurants. place was clean and we didn’t have any big issues- the only one really was the water pressure in the shower. other than that, great stay and would highly recommend!

Helpful staff & close to restaurants and shopping

The unit was exactly as described. The kitchen was well stocked with dishes, utensils and pots and pans. The unit was only a few blocks from the beach, groceries and many restaurants. The onsite staff for the building was responsive for any needs from extra supplies to beach towels. Our family of 11 was comfortable.

From bad to worse

Great alternative to a hotel

We enjoyed our stay. It was a great place to stay for a family in preparation for our cruise the next day.

Unfortunately, our stay at this Airbnb was extremely disappointing. Upon arrival, we encountered a significant amount of knats making the living conditions unbearable. The property itself was in a state of disrepair, with peeling paint in the showers and a non-functioning oven on Christmas Day, forcing us to eat out. The beds were uncomfortable with mismatched mattresses that felt extremely cheap. We attempted to address these issues with the host, C, but communication was poor and dismissive. Our complaints were not adequately addressed, and no solutions were offered. This experience was far below our expectations and significantly impacted our holiday plans. We strongly advise against renting this property.

Great stay we really enjoyed the place very comfortable and at a very nice spot . We enjoyed that it was in the middle of everything so getting to places was so easy and everything was walking distance . Also it was a 5 minute walk to the beach which was something we wanted we will definitely book with them again and we recommend it !

We stayed at this property during an incredibly difficult time following the passing of my spouse. The kindness and care we received from the staff were beyond anything we could have hoped for. They were so supportive and accommodating, especially as we navigated the uncertainty of how long we would need to stay while making arrangements to return my spouse to the States. The property itself is in a perfect location, making it easy to explore and find moments of peace during a challenging time. Beyond that, the staff’s readiness to help those visiting for vacation stood out—they were knowledgeable about all the best spots to visit in Puerto Rico and went above and beyond to ensure guests had a memorable stay. We are so grateful for their compassion and hospitality. This is a place that truly cares about its guests, whether they’re here for joy-filled travels or moments of difficulty. Highly recommend. We definitely enjoyed our stay here! Our first Airbnb fell thru and C responded with a quickness. He got us in and we were able to check in as soon as we reached his place. The place was as described and had everything we needed. We cooked a breakfast every morning. Any concern or issue we had they promptly handled it and it was never anything big. They made sure we were taken care of. The place was very spacious as well. The place’s location is right by the strip and walkable to the beach. We will definitely be back! Awesome Property; Excellent Location

I booked this property for family and friends joining me on my annual vacation to Puerto Rico. I have been visiting for over 15 years and typically staying in one of the resorts. This was my first time staying at this property and This property did not disappoint! It is very convenient to Condado Beach and also the main strip (Ashford Ave) with all of the restaurants and shops. The place was very clean, comfortable, well lit, and spacious! We had no issues and will definitely book again for regular stays.

Very centrally located. The rides to all main attractions were within 10 mins. Host is super informative and accessible. We felt extremely safe and would love to restay at this 4 bedroom apartment.
