I loved this place! The location is perfect for solo travel. It is across from the beach and Ubers to local places are cheap. It was clean, peaceful and everything described.

Great place, and an amazing stay! I will say the tvs don’t work the best and the shower handle kinda fell off but overall it was everything it’s cracked up to be.

Great time and amazing view!

The location is excellent and it’s what you are paying for. The beach is right down the street. The apartment itself is in a rundown building and there was some roof leaking when there was a very rainy night. The water pressure was also spotty. The apartment was cute though and has a nice view!

Perfect for a private location as a solo tripper. 2 steps away from the beach (literally). Uber everywhere most of my trips were only $8-$12. Balcony view was nice. Honestly better than a resort for half the price. nnBe respectful, Don’t put anything down the toilet (tampons, paper towels, etc)nThe home was clean. Everything up to date. Bed was comfy. 10/10

Was extremely satisfied with my stay, especially with it being walking distance of the beach. Very nice and cozy. The host was very helpful and quickly responsive to any issues or concerns.

Hubo mal tiempo y el apartamento se llenó de agua. Prácticamente se inundó, incluso estando cerrada las ventanas, y puertas. las cuales en ningún momento se abrieron, traté de comunicarme y no hubo respuestas hasta el siguiente día! Se mojaron todas mis pertenencias y se me dañaron algunas eléctricas y cuando respondieron solo me ofrecieron limpiar. Lo siento pero esperaba un mejor servicio… espero puedan mejorar eso.. porque solo tuve pérdidas! Gracias

The place was immaculate!

Loved the modern space with view! Felt safe and right by the beach. Central to many places I visited. The keys can be a little tricky & some areas could have been wiped a little better. Overall was an amazing stay and would definitely book again!

Horrible experience I arrived at check in time and had no check in instructions, reached out no response was outside in the rain for hours. Made me book a whole different stay, told me they never received payment when I have the bill of when it was paid. Mind you if it wasn’t paid why would you send me confirmations and a “hope I checked in easily”. But never even sent the check in information. Too much of a hassle, Didn’t make any sense! Would not recommend.

We enjoyed our stay so much! The host was very responsive and gave clear instructions on how to check in. The area is beautiful with so many places to walk too and even whats even better is that the beach is literally a 1 minute walk! Only thing I would say is that the couch was a little stained but the home overall was clean and we all felt at home! Would definitely book here again very soon!

This was a beautiful place to stay! Location was everything!! The views from the bed and living room area were breathtaking, right off the beach literally get off the elevator and like 30 steps or less and you’re there! 😍🥰. There are plenty of restaurants and a supermarket right there for EVERYTHING. Go 10 minutes away and there’s a Walmart. Renting a car was cool until we needed parking. If you want to rent a car there are places in walking distance you can go rent one for a day you plan to go out and about, but I’d suggest don’t rent a car because there is no parking in the lot of the building. That’s something I didn’t like, if it’s a spot there for the unit why can we use it? Anyway if you rent a car, leave out and stay gone until late and you will find a park. Walking into the apartment it was beautiful! But!! The moment we came in we heard the shower running flooding the floor, we found toenails around, hair and spots dusty. I mentioned to owner, still no reply.

I liked this place a lot, pros are awesome restaurant, casinos, and shopping places are all walkable. Jet skies rentals are downstairs on the Isla Verde beach. The 180 view from the balcony are beaches from the East and main beaches to the West. There is also a nice living room window view of the West beaches. The inside of the condo has up to date decor and well kept. The cons are, this area is known for power outages, sometimes the water may have low pressure or cut off. Overall, I had an awesome experience with the place, I plan to go back and stay again.

Place was neat and clean! It was def smaller then I expected but it was only for me and my boyfriend so it was fine. Building was neat and clean! Steps from the beach. It was very peaceful to listen to the waves at night !

Beautiful place , listening to the waves from the balcony at night to sleep was the most peaceful experience. Only con was the elevator was down as the apartment is on the 6th floor. Not the hosts fault though.

Ran out of toilet paper. Only one roll. Had to purchase additional toilet paper. Totally ridiculous. Not enough towels for five day stay of two guests (2 bath towels and 4 beach.) Was told we would have to pay for additional towels. Had to reuse towels. Did not enjoy living room area as couch was badly soiled and stained. Host booked condo with stained/soiled sofa and ignored complaint of same. No easy way to heat up food, as there was no microwave or at least a toaster oven had to pull out pots and pans just to reheat food. Not user-friendly as expected. Our visit was during NFL playoffs and because of no cable. We had to go out each night to watch the games. No privacy in bathroom as it is glass. Patio slide door had no lock. Parking was a hit or miss. Definitely a miss if you stay out late at night after hanging out. Had to ride around to look for spots and wait for people to leave. Was not given access to Parking spot that belonged to the unit. It was unavailable to guest

Property is not at all as advertised

The owner/manager is not responsive – we needed to get the VRBO customer service attention in order to get a reply for the check in.The bathroom was terrible – not enough water pressure to flash be toilet, the shower was either scalding or cold, and the shower are was stinky and moldy.The towels were little more than handkerchiefs and smelly.There was no vacuum cleaner provided to vacuum the fllors. We had to use their moldy and smelly mop to clean the floors.The air conditioner was very noisy and either would cool too much of leave the appartment hot.There was no parking available as we were told – instead there was street parking with no availability and parking around the property we raked more than 500 parking tickets.Please don't rent this place. You will regret it as us did for paying over CAN4000 for 5 terrible nights.

I highly recommend it was wonderful easy to get to just to let you know there are two steps to get into the building for those who have heavy luggage. Keep that in mind I would definitely book again. The system is an air conditioner. I loved the balcony. I had a great view of the ocean amazing, thank you for being such an amazing host. Beach is beautiful and it’s right there a few steps that’s it. You hear the ocean sounds absolutely incredible. Thank you for having plenty of towels supplies and a bathmat. The bed was super comfortable as well.5 stars !

Great Apartment, just like the pictures. excellent location, close to restaurants in Isla Verde, nice view of the Isla Verde bay, right by the beach access. Host communication was great.

You got a lot of food options and many more in walking distance! The beach is literally a hop and a skip from the room! Come to Puerto Rico and enjoy your stay here!

I absolutely loved it, the beach is right there and la placita was close there were plenty of places to eat at around.

The apartment space itself is nice. The rest of the building and the surrounding areas within are not. The apartment is in extreme close proximity to the beach, which is a major plus however this building or possibly this unit seems highly susceptible to power outages. Outages are common in the area, however when explaining the issue to the host, it was reiterated plenty that they also lived in the building and had power. (?) Once, power was out for around three hours completely from the time I arrived back and came back on in half the apartment. The host entered to the unit after I left the next morning and provided “proof” to airbnb that all power was indeed working and was only out for “a very short time”, despite this being over 10 hours from my first mention of said issue. The second time, power was out the entire evening into the morning. There is no back up generator to rectify this issue nor are there any fans within the unit to help with the heat.

Great Condo. Not so great host.

I chose this property for the early check-in and/or luggage storage. These amenities we’re definitely false advertisement. The host did not respond to emails. There was no phone number listed anywhere. I called VRBO. The host did not respond to them either. VRBO gave me two different phone numbers for the host. No answer to repeats calls or texts for early check-in and/or luggage storage. I stood in the pouring rain: torrential downpours for hours. The main reason for choosing this condo was specifically for bag storage. We know our flight from Philly landed hours before check in. So this was a major deciding factor in the place we rented. Automated email came through at 3:00pm with the key code. The condo is on the 6th floor. Elevator was down. We were soaking wet and had to carry all of our luggage up 6 flights of stairs. Neighbors told us it’s been an ongoing issue for 3 weeks. Again, no communication for the host to give us a heads up. Once inside, the condo was clean. Great location. We were given two bath towels, one each for our stay. Don’t use them for anything else, or there is a fee. No bath mat, so your options are to use one of the towels on the floor to collect the water dripping from your body, or leave a puddles of water in the bathroom. No beach chairs and no cooler for this beachfront property. So either buy them and throw them away, or pay to fly them down. Overall, the condo was good. Great location. Nice views. Nice locale but please improve access/entry

Pros: 1. Clever interior design. Nice décor. 2. Great location! Half a block from the beach with ocean views. Cons: 1. Entry was ridiculously stressful! Didn’t have to be. Owner gave us a street and building number. We arrived at the street at night (after a long flight) only to find that none of the buildings on the block have street numbers! Which was our building? Who knows? Owner said look for grey master lock box outside building…key will be inside. We see a gate (all buildings on street are gated) with literally 30 grey master lock boxes hung outside on the gate! Which one is ours? Who knows? We start entering the code we were given on all 30 lock boxes. None of them work! We are exhausted. We call the company. Message goes straight to voice mail. We are about to give up and look for a hotel when a neighbor walking his dog happens by. We talk. He says why don’t you try two buildings down…there is another group of lock boxes (which we did not see because there were only four or five clustered there and it was dark). We try the code and on the third one, Eureka! But really…. was this stress necessary? We have lived in other places (Tokyo, Cairo) where buildings often lack street numbers. The norm there is to DESCRIBE the building….third from the corner, or building with 10 stories and a yellow gate, etc .etc. No problem. After we entered we saw that the building had a name on it (as do the other buildings on the street…Bel Air, Garden by the Sea, that sort of thing). We had not noticed our building’s name in the dark. Had the owner said, look for building third from the end of the block, six stories high , opposite the tall x storied one named “y”,…we would have found it, no problem. Or how about just putting a number over the entry gate? Problem solved! Would also help to put an apt. number or at least an identifying decal on the master lock box so one could find it without having to try three or four (or thirty). These solutions are so easy I can’t understand why a professional rental service would not employ them. 2. Interior needs some renewal Shower handle was broken and water pressure was barely a dribble. Couch in living room was badly stained., Drawers in kitchen stuck. Etc. Nothing that was a total deal breaker. But owners should invest a little TLC to bring the apartment back to better condition (as shown in the VRBO pictures). 3. Parking slot is so narrow that it can only accommodate a sub-compact

Everything was great no complaints

Great location, good apartment, problematic building

This property is desirable for two reasons: (1) it's within a 60 second to 3 minute walk from two amazing beaches and (2) the view is awesome (even if 45 degrees of it is blocked by a somewhat ugly buildings). The property manager was great in providing us access to the apartment efficiently and in promptly cleaning up a bit of a flood caused when rain water came into the apartment beneath the closed windows' and doors' frames. Given that the bathroom and shower are both behind clear glass doors, the apartment is not suitable for some groups (but perhaps enticing to others). Because the window curtains allow lots of early morning light and the air conditioners are loud we used eye blinds and ear plugs. The parking spot is very narrow, not appropriate for a vehicle larger than our compact car (which barely fit). In summary, despite its great location, the nuisances described above (and others related to neighbors, etc.) led to our sense of disappointment and at times frustration.

I had booked a three night stay. I had instructions to get into the unit but NOT the building. I alerted the owner that I was arriving on a late-evening flight. When I got to the property I could not access the building. I had to go to a hotel.

Awesome weekend

I really enjoyed my stay in the property. Thaks to Willie and his staff for the kindness and support. I highly recommend this place for a romantic getaway!!

Great Experience!!!

I made my reservation for my 20th wedding anniversary, on November 2015 and it was a surprise for my wife. Four (4) days previous of our arriving, my wife suffered a wrist fracture. We were so close to cancel the reservation, but I convinced my wife to give it a chance for one night and it worth it!!! Waleska (the property manager) was so helpful previous and during the stay. What can I said, I don't give 6 stars because the top is 5. The view worth a million dollars. A lot of $$$ fine restaurants walking distance, as well as $ restaurants and fast food. You will find everything here. The beach is gorgeous and honestly its at no more than 50 steps. We had a panoramic view of the ocean from the apartment, that we enjoyed all weekend. The interiors are new, comfortable, and decorated with a nice touch.
