It was great for a short notice rental! Very spacious and the ac worked well. Loved at how close the restaurants were.

Great and easy stay close to some fun spots in Condado! Little water bottles in the morning were nice too.

Service was good. There were 2 broken items during our stay and they came right away to fix. This is the right choice if your #1 goal is to be right in the middle of Condado. If you don’t plan to cook, it is a good choice since so many restaurants to walk to. If that is not an important goal, consider other locations. Part of being in the middle of it all: it was VERY noisy. You can hear all street noise through the windows. The furnishings are super basic- Walmart quality furniture, no dressers in bedroom 2 and 3, Folding chairs for the dining table. I would definitely not suggest having a car unless you pay for the daily parking. While we were there, part of the street flooded every morning so you have to be really careful where you park. Things to bring if you stay here (since not provided): beach towels, hairdryer. Plus they did have an iron and ironing board. Plus: beach is 2-3 blocks. You can rent a chair at the beach for 5/day, umbrella for 10. No beach items available from the management company unfortunately. Not sure if this is seasonal but the ocean in Condado is very rough with occasional rip tides. My PR family won’t swim there because they think it is too dangerous but certainly many others were there (and La Concha has a lifeguard).

The apartment is in a great location in Condado on a quiet street, but within a short walk of restaurants, bars, hotels/casinos, and Condado beach. Also it is a short drive from Escambron Beach, old San Juan, and Isla Verde. The property staff is responsive to any questions/issues, and very friendly. The apartment is spacious enough for a family or group, and was quite clean.Overall, the property was good for the price point and location, considering that Condado is an expensive area.While the apartment was clean, there are some basic improvements that would be helpful, e.g., adding toilet paper holders and towel rods in the bathrooms, and replacing some of the older furniture like couches, and general maintenance like painting.

Very friendly and nice. Perfect walking distance to the beach and restaurants. Communication was very easy and very helpful. Made the trip so much better!

very nice place to stay at

Booked a condo apartment in condado for a few day. Upon arrival (10pm) there was no parking person available call several times and finally got an answer where to park since there was towing signs all over the property. Also there was a group of 5 people smoking Marijana in front and hanging out. Condo info did not disclose there were no elevators so we had to carry bags 3 flights of steps which was a pain. 1 bathroom shower had no water pressure so we had to use 2 bathrooms only. Place is best up and looks nothing like pictures. At 5am Sunday morning the same group of people having out were fighting next door to the apartment in the same building which woke up my 2 yr old daughter. Don’t recommend to families, if your coming to PR and looking for a crash pad then fine but not a vacation stay. Just being honest.

The property was clean, spacious, and affordable. The location was amazing, and this rental is great for large groups.

My friends and I had a great stay in San Juan! The Airbnb was in a very convienent location — walkable to the beach, many restaurants, grocery stores, and only a short drive away from Old San Juan. Everyone was very friendly and welcoming. We would definitely come again!

Unfortunately the water tasted like paint, had to use bottled water for all washing of face brushing teeth. The showers also didnt work(more like a faucet) and the water heater was inconsistent. Good hosts in terms of responsiveness, the place was nice(floor was not very clean).

They falsely advertise there unit; it is not clean, and they have an electrical unit installed in a shower, which can lead to death. There is a hose coming from outside through a window with tape around it that connects to plumbing in the house for water.

All in all, the stay was fine. The location is good, very close to Condado Beach. If you're looking for a decent place to sleep while you explore San Juan and the surrounding areas, this place is a good fit. However, if you're looking for amenities while in the apartment, there are a few places it fell short. The TV didn't really connect to the internet so streaming wasn't an option. Kitchen furnishings are sparse, so cooking an intricate meal there would be difficult. Water pressure in the showers was good, which is not always the case in the city. Entry and exit was super easy, and the location is secure. We paid for on-site parking and never had an issue with having a space. Overall a good experience, but there is some room for improvement.

Location Location Location. So much is walkable from here but yet not on the loud main road. Very clean and spacious. This was a last minute booking because the hotel cancelled our room reservation and this place came through for us.

Place was great.. plenty of room. 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms. Kitchen bathroom is snug but it will do the job. Had small issues first day but was taken care of immediately. Pressure on showers is not as powerful as i would like . That could be the only issue tbh. Walking distance to everywhere. Was very pleased and most likely will return to stay again. Thanks for having us .

Property is in a very convenient area. Safe neighborhood. Lots of space for families or groups.

Amazing Family Rental

I came here with my family of 5 and the space was large and the AC worked amazingly. As people who are a wee bit tall and large we were still able to sleep well in the beds. The host was very communicative and answered all questions immediately and respectfully. The condo was also in a great spot close to the beach and all the bars were a street away. We loved it so much we are coming right back in a few weeks.

Condo in need of update

The condo is in a very good location. Overall the apartment needs updating. The sofa is very old, dirty and one arm is pushed in from wear. There are only 3 glasses in the cabinet, there is no place to hang a towel in either bathroom. There are no toilet paper holders. The paint and trim are in need of updating. The electricity went out so we were without ac for over an hour. I emailed the property manager and they sent a technician. We didn't see him but we did get the electricity back on. This property was just ok for one night. I would not stay here again. I wouldn't recommend it.
