Holly Naila, great place to stay very spacious we were in unit number five just one flight of stairs very easy and the security staff was very helpful in bringing up our luggage!!

Great location. I would say the description and photos of the place are accurate. The king bedroom is definitely the nicest room in the apartment, and the bed feels luxurious. There is a bathroom in that room (though it does not have a door) and the shower in that bathroom had great hot water. The rest of the apartment is sparsely decorated and furnished, and the bunkbeds feel kind of flimsy and have thin blankets and sheets. Also, we were not able to get hot water from the other bathrooms. But the place is clean and is great for a large group of people. The location is wonderful, as there are many restaurants and bars in the area, and the beach is close by as well.

This place was fantastic! Spacious and clean, big lounge area, full kitchen. Location couldn’t be better – two blocks from the beach and the Condado strip. Staff and communication was great. Loved our stay, definitely recommend.

We loved our stay at Carlos’ place! The location was fantastic near the beach and Restaurants, the home was clean and cozy, and Carlos was always available to answer our questions. Like arriving early to Puerto Rico and needing to check in Earlier than schedule. I will Highly recommended!"

Feels like home!

It was a great experience staying at this apartment. William was everything and even allowed us to extend this unit and waived the fees. Very spacious, comfortable and neat with all the amenities to make a stay feel homely. We plan to visit San Juan once a year and we plan to make this place our vacation home!

Very spacious. Especially liked the " balcony room" entryway with views in three directions.

Really nice place at the heart of San Juan in a walkable area

I had a pretty good stay, after the first night things went smoothly, no one bothered us about being loud or coming late

The location was perfect, walking distance to the beach, restaurants, shops, and La Placita. The place its self had basic needs (pots, pans, utensils, dish soap, shampoo, soap) which was very helpful as well. Also they let us keep our bags there before and after checkout.

Great host, sent us some recommendations for amazing food for breakfast, lunch & dinner as well as excursions they recommend. Unit was nice and cool and lit when we walked in at 4am.

All around great experience. Close to beach, restaurants and casino.

Overall it was a pretty good place, within walking distance of the event, restaurants and beaches. The place is clean and spacious. The only negative I have is there was no washer or dryer and the sink in the main hallway leaking. We had to put a bowl under to catch the water. Other than that, it was great.

Great area, place was average

Great location, close to beaches, stores, night life. The cons of this stay was the place itself. Check in was easy because there was someone there. I tried asking the property manager or whoever reads messages but they either did not answer or took long to answer. Communication was bad. The couches in the living room smell dirty/musty. Furniture in the place is old, ripped… Shower in main room does not stay at the temperature you put it and it leaks. The email the morning before checking in said, parking was $30 a day. This should of been disclosed from the beginning. We did not have trouble finding parking in the area but I could imagine at a busy time it would be. The cleaning fee is ridiculous when everything smells like it wasn’t washed. The sheets smell as if you wash your clothes and don’t dry it properly. There was hair on bed, stain on sheets. The morning of check out, I woke up to a wet, moist floor. Felt like condensation but only one side of the room. I really hope this problems are fixed since apparently they are trying.

Difficult to communicate as not Hotels. Nervous about checkin time

Daughter birthday weekend

It was a nice property with plenty of room. We used it to have a few girls get together since my house is smaller but we all live in the area. The decor is nice. My only advice would be to paint the trim grey to go with the rest of the decor.
