Pick a different place, not worth it. The property did its job: it was clean, the bed was comfortable, and the location is convenient enough during the day.

I loved my vacation ! The Airbnb was awesome ! it had a very modern ambience !!! Extremely clean and great security access. Very nice area of the neighborhood – its near alot of great places to eat and enjoy!!! I'll do it again !

Limpio, seguro y acogedor apartamento en zona céntrica de Santurce, a pasos de restaurantes, tiendas y la playa de Condado. La única reserva que tengo es que el apartamento tiene una pequeña gotera en o cerca de la lámpara del techo. La gotera se informó y hablé con los de mantenimiento pero no pudo ser arreglada por las lluvias de esos días. Dejé un cubo para recoger la poca agua que gotea. Gracias.

Excelente ubicación, siempre atentos de los huéspedes. Me volvería a hospedar con ellos, lugar seguro y limpio

I have stayed here a couple of times and it is always a pleasure. The property is clean and very well maintained and the staff are responsive and friendly. An extra A+ for having a back up generator for when the power goes out. I can't recommend them enough!

The stay was small, but it had a cozy, homey feel that made it really comfortable and inviting. Everything was thoughtfully arranged, and it had just the right touches to make it feel like a little home away from home. One of the best parts was the location—it was incredibly walkable. We were just a short stroll away from Condado Beach, which was perfect for catching the sunset or starting the day with a morning walk. La Placita was also nearby, making it super easy to grab great food, drinks, and enjoy the local nightlife without needing a car. Whether we wanted to relax or explore, it was the perfect base. Overall, a charming spot in a fantastic location—I’d definitely stay again!

Place was great. Easy to find and good location. There is no storage so the mop and broom and ironing board were out and the mop smelled. Had to replace the airwick ourselves but that fixed the smell. The water does not get very hot which is fine when you’re spending the day on the beach. We did not have water for several hours one day but the complex fixed it asap. Great location and C was a good host. No major problems.

Hubby and I were looking forward to our mini vacation in San Juan and our stay at this particular location. Unfortunately, we didn’t get to stay due to hubby becoming ill and unable to fly. Host was very unresponsive .. Sends out a bunch of auto replies! Thankfully I always get insurance! Other than that I wish we could have stayed…!

We had to book a room very last minute due to airline changes and it was a perfect spot. The accommodation was great but the price was a little expensive. We didn’t have many choices though but it was rather small for the price.

Quaint place inside small complex, room was clean and ideal for one or a couple. Close to many food options, Walmart, Marshalls, etc. for those looking to party La Placita is a couple streets away and the beach is a 10 min walk. Enjoyed myself would stay again.

The door to the unit was all opaque glass. Outside the unit there were very bright security lights. The bed is next to the front door and the entire unit was lit up like daylight! It was like sleeping outside during the day! There was no way I could get to sleep. There were no curtains or shutters or anything to keep the light out. The host would not respond to numerous messages I sent. Nor would the host even respond to Airbnb staff who called the host. Airbnb staff finally had to move me to a different location because the host would not respond. I would recommend that you do not rent this unit unless you’re prepared to sleep in a room with all the lights on. It’s a shame, because the unit is beautiful, it’s in a nice location, and I was very pleased with the unit until the sun went down, and I realized I was in a fully lit room.

I can't say enough good things about this host. I stay here every time I come to Puerto Rico and it's a fantastic experience every time. The apartment is clean and well maintained, the property is private and quiet. The staff is absolutely fantastic, they are attentive, respond immediately, and take care of any issue right away. I have stayed here a couple of times, it's always clean, quiet and well maintained. The front desk is always attentive and accommodating. It's in a great walkable area with tons of good food a short walk away. I always enjoy my stay.

My first time in PR and this place was perfect for a solo traveler or couple ! Close to airport, nightlife & beaches ! Uber from airport was about $10-12 & $4-7 to Condado beach , restaurants, La Placita etc plenty of fast food places and restaurants within walking distance. This is perfect for someone who does not have a rental car. I felt safe ,The place was clean & looked like the pictures. The only thing that could be better was being able to contact the host through messages I never got replies only automated messages. Other than that everything was perfect & I highly recommend ! Would definitely stay here again when coming back to PR !
